Well today has been another great day! Lee is out of ICU and on "the floor" as they call it. He is in what's called a "sitter" room, meaning that there is someone in the room at all times with him. They have finally given him some pain medication which has helped considerably to ease his discomfort. When I left he was resting fairly comfortably... just stiring a little every once in a while. Of course there's been nothing said about when he might be able to go home, but I feel like it's just going to be a matter of days before he begins to get back to his old self. Just continue to pray that his body keeps getting stronger and that this ativan that they've given him filters out of his system fast. I'm sure by tomorrow he'll be even better than he was today.
