Today was a pretty good day. Lee received another dialasis treatment. This is basically being used as a tool. While his kidney is not functioning properly they are basically doing it for him. As the antibiotic works, and the kidney starts to heal, it will start to make more urine and then he can be weaned off the dialasis. I will not know till tomorrow morning whether they plan on doing another one or not. It will all depend on how much urine he makes between now and morning. His liver enzymes are still high, and he is jaundus(?). He is still very bloated, his skin stretched tight like a drum. He also received another infusion of platelets, and two units of blood. His vital
signs remain good. Some of his #'s as they put it are improving and good. His white cell count is good, his hemoglobin is good, his bone marrow #'s are good and his platelets are up to 48,000. They say these are all positive signs and that we're headed in the right direction. His Dr. seems pretty hopeful, and told me he had seen patients far worse than this that pulled through it. So I just continue to think positivly and put him in God's hands and know that everyday he will improve and grow stronger. I'm so hoping tomorrow that we receive some more positive news and see more improvements daily. Just look at what our prayers are doing! Please continue to pray.

I'll fill you in tomorrow night on the latest.

Love,
Lev
